Description
The peach tree, Fayette variety, is medium to strong growing. The yield is very good. It ripens around August 25-30. Self-pollinating variety. The fruits are large to very large with a round symmetrical shape. The skin is yellow, but the surface has a fuzzy red color, medium hairy. The fruit flesh is yellow, but around the stone it is red, juicy, sweet, tasty and with an excellent aroma. The stone is easily separated from the flesh. Cold-resistant to winter frosts and spring late frosts. They are suitable for direct consumption and processing. They tolerate manipulation and transport well.
