Pear COSCIA

Description

This pear variety originates in Italy. A normal growing tree, with moderate flowering. Resistant variety to winter frosts and spring, late frosts. Good fruiting with constant productivity. They ripen in the second ten days of August. Pollinators are Williams and Akkha. The skin is thick, light green to yellow, in full ripening and with red shades in the places where the sun’s rays shine on the fruit throughout the day. The flesh of the fruit is pale yellow, juicy, sweet, with a pleasant taste. They tolerate transport and handling well. Suitable for fresh consumption and processing. They are stored in cold rooms or rooms for a longer period of time.
